Regional Delivery:
If you would prefer to visit the store to test-ride our bikes and receive assistance from our experienced team but don’t have the means to get your bike home, our team can deliver in the following areas for a small fee.
UK-Wide Delivery:
Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
We deliver to all parts of mainland UK. But if you live in the Highlands & Islands or any other part of the UK which is not normally covered by standard delivery charges, then please get in touch for a delivery quote.
Electric Bike Batteries:
All electric bike batteries have to be shipped as ‘dangerous goods’ with a minimum cost of £45.

Description
The single-digit TRESALO models rely on the Bosch PowerPack, which is perfectly concealed under a plastic cover. And in the case of the TRESALO 7, the battery pack offers powerful 545 watt-hours of capacity. The latest generation of this battery pack belongs to the Bosch Smart System series, which has just hit the market for the 2023 season. This pedelec is driven by the powerful Bosch Performance motor.
A Gates belt drive transfers the energy to the 5-speed Nexusinternal gear hub, which was designed specifically for use with e-bikes (optionally available with a coaster brake or freewheel). The carbon fibre-reinforced belt runs smoothly and quietly, is virtually indestructible and doesn’t need to be greased. Of course, a pedelec offering pedalling support for up to 25 km/h and racy downhill sprints will need reliable brakes: the hydraulic disc brakes from Tektro come equipped with relatively large discs (180/160 mm) to ensure safe and steady braking.
The suspension fork and seatpost, as well as the Ergotec Riser Bar handlebars for an upright posture, ensure the high level of comfort for which the VICTORIA brand is known. The wide tyres cushion the impact of forest tracks or cobblestone streets.
During night-time rides, the Contec headlamp will brightly illuminate your way home.

Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days.
Orders to mainland Europe:
While we don't deliver goods direct to mainland Europe, supply is possible. We can assist and advise as to who could meet your specific requirements.

How do I return a product?
Items must be returned within 28 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
You should notify us of any fault/problem with the product straight away but this must be done within 14 days and then you have a further 14 days to send most goods back to us for a full refund (including the outward delivery costs but not the return).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
