No. Current legislation means anyone can ride an electric bicycle on the roads, but you do have to be over 14-years-old.

Ebikes cost very little in electricity, around 5p to 7p per charge. 

The motor assists your pedalling up to 15.8mph (UK legal limit). You can go faster on an electric bicycle but your legs are doing the extra work. 

To comply with current legislation the eBikes are set up to assist when you are pedalling. However different electric bike models can have a simple override switch so do ask for advice.

Electric bikes are reliable. European made eBikes with Bosch motors are especially so.

They all have a warranty and come with an owner's instructions book.

It depends on the model, load, gradient and on how much work you do. Distances over 100miles are quite possible when staying in the lower setting on an eBike.

You can order some eBikes online, certainly our special offers, or just ring through or email your order. We'll take your debit/credit card details over the phone and despatch the bike. Cheques can be accepted but take a week.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Once despatched, most electric bikes arrive the next working day. But do remember some eBikes sell out so don't delay in placing your order.

Yes, we have supplied ebikes across the United Kingdom. We have also supplied emotorcycles across Europe and other parts around the World such as Australia and America.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Yes, we can accept most of the reputable cycle-to-work voucher schemes when purchasing an electric bike, call for advice.
