Delivery and Shipping

Regional Delivery:
If you would prefer to visit the store to test-ride our bikes and receive assistance from our experienced team but don’t have the means to get your bike home, our team can deliver in the following areas for a small fee.

UK-Wide Delivery:
Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.

We deliver to all parts of mainland UK. But if you live in the Highlands & Islands or any other part of the UK which is not normally covered by standard delivery charges, then please get in touch for a delivery quote.

Electric Bike Batteries:
All electric bike batteries have to be shipped as ‘dangerous goods’ with a  minimum cost of £45.

Delivery

What countries do you ship to?

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom. However, we also are able to deliver to the United States and Europe. To enquire about shipping to the USA, Europe or a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days.

Orders to mainland Europe:
While we don't deliver goods direct to mainland Europe, supply is possible. We can assist and advise as to who could meet your specific requirements.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 28 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

You should notify us of any fault/problem with the product straight away but this must be done within 14 days and then you have a further 14 days to send most goods back to us for a full refund (including the outward delivery costs but not the return).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

What should I do about Late or missing refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ride@nationwideebikes.co.uk.

Can I return sale items?

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

How do I exchange a product?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ride@nationwideebikes.co.uk and send your item to: 84 Priory Bridge Road Taunton, Somerset. TA1 1QA.
