Regional Delivery:
If you would prefer to visit the store to test-ride our bikes and receive assistance from our experienced team but don’t have the means to get your bike home, our team can deliver in the following areas for a small fee.
UK-Wide Delivery:
Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
We deliver to all parts of mainland UK. But if you live in the Highlands & Islands or any other part of the UK which is not normally covered by standard delivery charges, then please get in touch for a delivery quote.
Electric Bike Batteries:
All electric bike batteries have to be shipped as ‘dangerous goods’ with a minimum cost of £45.

Description
The eTrekking 7.4 is an e-bike that finds its use in every everyday situation. On the way to the family visit, on a trip to the lake or when it goes to the weekly market in the city makes it with its newly updated frame shape a good figure. The high-range BOSCH "PowerPack 500" battery is now partially integrated into the frame and covered with a plastic cover, giving the e-bike a sportier, more modern look. Just like the fresh two-tone color scheme and the simple brand lettering.
Harmonious drive gets the bike with the BOSCH "Active Plus" motor, which is installed at the bottom bracket. For higher speeds it can accelerate powerfully up to 25 km/h. The proven SHIMANO "Nexus" internal gear hub supports progress with its seven gears. The "HS22" hydraulic rim brakes from MAGURA are considered an all-round product, as they are both finely dosed and strong enough for a spontaneous braking maneuver.
In terms of comfort, the eTrekking 7.4 convinces with a suspended SUNTOUR fork and a suspension micro-adjust seatpost. The extremely robust "Marathon" tires from SCHWALBE give solid grip both on asphalt and on paved roads, shine above all with their durability and score with reflective stripes. In road traffic, the CONTEC front light with 50 lux makes you well visible, the rear light convinces with the stop light function.
Bags and baskets equipped with a click system can be quickly and easily clicked onto the MIK system carrier. CURANA fenders protect them from dirt or splashing water flung up, as well as the trouser legs.

Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days.
Orders to mainland Europe:
While we don't deliver goods direct to mainland Europe, supply is possible. We can assist and advise as to who could meet your specific requirements.

How do I return a product?
Items must be returned within 28 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
You should notify us of any fault/problem with the product straight away but this must be done within 14 days and then you have a further 14 days to send most goods back to us for a full refund (including the outward delivery costs but not the return).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
