Regional Delivery:
If you would prefer to visit the store to test-ride our bikes and receive assistance from our experienced team but don’t have the means to get your bike home, our team can deliver in the following areas for a small fee.
UK-Wide Delivery:
Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
We deliver to all parts of mainland UK. But if you live in the Highlands & Islands or any other part of the UK which is not normally covered by standard delivery charges, then please get in touch for a delivery quote.
Electric Bike Batteries:
All electric bike batteries have to be shipped as ‘dangerous goods’ with a minimum cost of £45.

Whether for shopping or on a weekend tour - the VICTORIA eTrekking 6.5 is a versatile companion. New to the previous model is the sportier, cleaner design through the new frame shape and color. The BOSCH "PowerPack 500", which is now semi-integrated into the frame by plastic cover and ensures a good range on the next tour, is decisive for the appearance. The e-bike gets harmonious drive when starting and with a good boost at higher speeds from the "Active Line Plus" mid-motor - also from BOSCH - and its modes can be selected on the 4-stage "Intuvia" display.
With support up to 15.8 MPH, a pedelec needs reliable brakes - and also in general: The hydraulic disc brakes from TEKTRO have relatively large discs (180/160mm) that brake safely. The 9-speed SHIMANO "Alivio" derailleur ensures smooth shifting. Thanks to the extremely flat design concept, the rear derailleur is less susceptible to corrosion damage and the e-bike can be maneuvered more nimbly. The extremely robust "Marathon" tires from SCHWALBE provide solid grip both on asphalt and on paved roads and shine above all with their durability.
The SUNTOUR suspension fork and the suspension seatpost ensure riding comfort. Versatile is also the MIK system rack, which fits the appropriate bags for everyday purchases or luggage. The eTrekking 6.5 is roadworthy thanks to the CONTEC lighting, which brightly illuminates the way home with 50 lux.

Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days.
Orders to mainland Europe:
While we don't deliver goods direct to mainland Europe, supply is possible. We can assist and advise as to who could meet your specific requirements.

How do I return a product?
Items must be returned within 28 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
You should notify us of any fault/problem with the product straight away but this must be done within 14 days and then you have a further 14 days to send most goods back to us for a full refund (including the outward delivery costs but not the return).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
