Regional Delivery:
If you would prefer to visit the store to test-ride our bikes and receive assistance from our experienced team but don’t have the means to get your bike home, our team can deliver in the following areas for a small fee.
UK-Wide Delivery:
Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
We deliver to all parts of mainland UK. But if you live in the Highlands & Islands or any other part of the UK which is not normally covered by standard delivery charges, then please get in touch for a delivery quote.
Electric Bike Batteries:
All electric bike batteries have to be shipped as ‘dangerous goods’ with a minimum cost of £45.

Description
"Tanana" means "mountain river" in the indigenous language family of North America - and like a mountain river, you can meander through hilly terrain with KAYZA's "Tanana Dry 3". The harmonious “Active Plus” BOSCH motor propels you forward at up to 15.8 MPH to ensure the right flow speed. It is fed by the 400 Wh battery, which is placed on the seat tube for the low center of gravity.
The e-trekking bike is comfort-oriented right from the start with its wave frame and low step-through. Once you sit, you automatically assume an upright sitting position, which is dictated by the geometry. For fine tuning, you can easily adjust the angle-adjustable stem - just as you like.
For even more comfort, the e-bike is equipped with a SUNTOUR suspension fork. It can be individually adjusted to the driver's weight - then it does its best to iron out bumps off-road and on cobblestones. The tires also work on asphalt or cobblestones as well as on dirt roads. Whether in the city or on long descents - the hydraulic disc brakes "BR-MT 200" from SHIMANO grip powerfully even in wet conditions and can be operated easily at any time. In addition, there is the coaster brake.
With long mudguards, bell and luggage rack as well as all reflectors and the bright LED light, the "Tanana Dry 3" is completely suitable for everyday use. The suitability for touring is rounded off by the SHIMANO "Nexus" derailleur gears, which with their 8 gears have a solid bandwidth ready even for hilly terrain.

Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days.
Orders to mainland Europe:
While we don't deliver goods direct to mainland Europe, supply is possible. We can assist and advise as to who could meet your specific requirements.

Items must be returned within 28 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
You should notify us of any fault/problem with the product straight away but this must be done within 14 days and then you have a further 14 days to send most goods back to us for a full refund (including the outward delivery costs but not the return).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
