Regional Delivery:
If you would prefer to visit the store to test-ride our bikes and receive assistance from our experienced team but don’t have the means to get your bike home, our team can deliver in the following areas for a small fee.
UK-Wide Delivery:
Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
We deliver to all parts of mainland UK. But if you live in the Highlands & Islands or any other part of the UK which is not normally covered by standard delivery charges, then please get in touch for a delivery quote.
Electric Bike Batteries:
All electric bike batteries have to be shipped as ‘dangerous goods’ with a minimum cost of £45.

It complements KAYZA's family of StVZO-compliant e-MTBs with another variant at an attractive price point. With the 29er wheels and SCHWALBE's "Smart Sam" tires, the bike is ideally suited for terrain between asphalt and easy single trails. Always there: The permanent tailwind that the BOSCH "Performance CX" motor develops.
The placement of the motor in the bottom bracket area supports the safe, smooth-running driving style that the clearly defined aluminum frame dictates. In addition, the frame, which accommodates the battery in the down tube in an elegant and functional way, also provides the relaxed seating position. With 500 Wh and the SHIMANO "Deore" 10-speed drive, tours can be extended into the evening hours. With its wide-ranging cassette, the derailleur takes over the fine tuning.
Thanks to the RST fork with 120 mm spring travel, there is decent damping, as is usual in All Mountain. So that it can play to its strengths to the full, it can be adjusted to your personal body weight. This comfort is also welcome for trips over cobblestones to the weekly market. With the side stand you can park the bike wherever it fits. And the freshly bought vegetables? You simply stow it in saddlebags on the luggage rack.

Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days.
Orders to mainland Europe:
While we don't deliver goods direct to mainland Europe, supply is possible. We can assist and advise as to who could meet your specific requirements.

How do I return a product?
Items must be returned within 28 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
You should notify us of any fault/problem with the product straight away but this must be done within 14 days and then you have a further 14 days to send most goods back to us for a full refund (including the outward delivery costs but not the return).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
