Regional Delivery:
If you would prefer to visit the store to test-ride our bikes and receive assistance from our experienced team but don’t have the means to get your bike home, our team can deliver in the following areas for a small fee.
UK-Wide Delivery:
Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
We deliver to all parts of mainland UK. But if you live in the Highlands & Islands or any other part of the UK which is not normally covered by standard delivery charges, then please get in touch for a delivery quote.

All electric bike batteries have to be shipped as ‘dangerous goods’ with a minimum cost of £45.

The Gepida Berig Deore 10 is pure freedom and adventure on two wheels.
With an eMTB frame style, the bike has a very sporty feel, yet with a lower cross-bar for easier standing over the frame for both male & female riders.
The Gepida Berig Deore 10 and the Low Step version the BERIG LS are sleek, powerful and sporty electric bikes, making them brilliant commuters or leisure eBikes. Where-ever the road or track takes you, while the very latest Bosch Gen-3 Performance-Line motor makes sure you can go the distance and enjoy it.
These models come complete with front and rear LED lights, full mudgards and a pannier rack - just prefect for the Gepida rear 'Trunk Bag'.
In short - these are great Adventure-Touring eBikes.

Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days.
Orders to mainland Europe:
While we don't deliver goods direct to mainland Europe, supply is possible. We can assist and advise as to who could meet your specific requirements.

How do I return a product?
Items must be returned within 28 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
You should notify us of any fault/problem with the product straight away but this must be done within 14 days and then you have a further 14 days to send most goods back to us for a full refund (including the outward delivery costs but not the return).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
