Regional Delivery:
If you would prefer to visit the store to test-ride our bikes and receive assistance from our experienced team but don’t have the means to get your bike home, our team can deliver in the following areas for a small fee.
UK-Wide Delivery:
Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
We deliver to all parts of mainland UK. But if you live in the Highlands & Islands or any other part of the UK which is not normally covered by standard delivery charges, then please get in touch for a delivery quote.
Electric Bike Batteries:
All electric bike batteries have to be shipped as ‘dangerous goods’ with a minimum cost of £45.

Description
The "SCALYO 3" will have you looking cool wherever you go - on your daily trip to the railway station or on short rides in the city. On the train or bus during rush hour make this compact bike (88 x 77 x 38 cm when folded) the perfect choice for the daily commute. In fact, this folding wizard is even smaller than other bikes, as the pedals fold in as well. The steering column is height adjustable.
For trips beyond the city limits, the new BOSCH Smart System Performance Motor offers invaluable support. It receives its energy supply from the BOSCH "PowerPack 545", with enough backup power for day tours.
The Gates belt transfers pedalling power and motor power directly onto the rear wheel. Good to know for commuters: The belt is impervious to moisture and dirt, and can simply be hosed off with water. Overall, it needs next to no maintenance, as it runs without chain grease - another bonus, as trouser legs stay clean. The tried and tested 5-gear "Nexus" hub gear system by Shimano makes shifting a breeze - the rider also has the choice of freewheeling and a coaster break. The hydraulic disc breaks add to the bike’s overall safety features.
New on the "SCALYO 3": Schwalbe "Super Moto X" tyres, which give the 62-406 model a more burly appearance - a great look for this compact bike.

Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days.
Orders to mainland Europe:
While we don't deliver goods direct to mainland Europe, supply is possible. We can assist and advise as to who could meet your specific requirements.

How do I return a product?
Items must be returned within 28 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
You should notify us of any fault/problem with the product straight away but this must be done within 14 days and then you have a further 14 days to send most goods back to us for a full refund (including the outward delivery costs but not the return).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
