Regional Delivery:
If you would prefer to visit the store to test-ride our bikes and receive assistance from our experienced team but don’t have the means to get your bike home, our team can deliver in the following areas for a small fee.
UK-Wide Delivery:
Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
We deliver to all parts of mainland UK. But if you live in the Highlands & Islands or any other part of the UK which is not normally covered by standard delivery charges, then please get in touch for a delivery quote.
Electric Bike Batteries:
All electric bike batteries have to be shipped as ‘dangerous goods’ with a minimum cost of £45.

Description
The "TRESALO 3" is a perfect example for a reliable everyday e-bike. The long-range Bosch "PowerPack 500" battery is partially integrated in the frame and concealed with a plastic cover, which adds a certain sportiness to the look.
The pedelec is gently propelled by the mid-mounted Bosch "Active Plus" motor. It has a powerful acceleration for higher speeds up to 25 km/h. The tried and tested Shimano "Nexus" internal gear hub with freewheel supports the rider with seven speed settings. The hydraulic disc brakes from Tektro leave nothing to be desired.
In terms of comfort, this pedelec features a suspension fork and a suspension seatpost.
The Maxxis all-round tyres ensure reliable grip on tarmac and on dirt tracks, while their reflective stripes provide additional safety. On urban streets, the Contec headlamp with 50 lux ensures that the rider can see and be seen

Goods will be dispatched on a 1-2 day delivery following cleared payment.
Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days.
Orders to mainland Europe:
While we don't deliver goods direct to mainland Europe, supply is possible. We can assist and advise as to who could meet your specific requirements.

How do I return a product?
Items must be returned within 28 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
You should notify us of any fault/problem with the product straight away but this must be done within 14 days and then you have a further 14 days to send most goods back to us for a full refund (including the outward delivery costs but not the return).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
